Your file is stored in encrypted, access-controlled storage only for as long as it takes to process it and deliver the reports, and is deleted automatically within 30 days (sooner if you ask). It is never added to any plagiarism database, repository or training set, and is never shared with anyone else.
Checking your own work before you submit it is not misconduct. Submitting work you did not write is — and a low AI score does not change that. Always read your own university's academic integrity policy, which is what actually applies to you.
The report shows exactly which passages were flagged. Review them: are they your own words? Common triggers are very formulaic phrasing, heavy use of templates, and generic transitions. Revise in your own voice, and keep drafts and notes as evidence of your process. We do not rewrite anything for you.
If we cannot process your file (corrupted, unreadable, wrong format, or over the size limit) we refund you in full. If we deliver more than 2 hours after the expected time shown at checkout, we refund 50%. Once the reports have been delivered we are otherwise unable to refund, because the work has been done. Unused credit packs can be refunded within 14 days.
